Our mission

The Shopify app ecosystem is full of expensive, bloated tools that do too much and do it poorly. We started MustHave Upsell because we believed there was room for something different: a focused product that is well-built and priced fairly.

MustHave: Upsell was born out of a simple observation - merchants needed upsell tools that increase AOV without hurting conversion, slowing storefronts, or adding operational complexity.

So we built a better solution with clean setup, relevant offer moments, and performance-minded implementation. That philosophy shapes everything we build.

Quality over quantity

We'd rather ship one excellent app than ten mediocre ones. Every feature we build has to earn its place.
